A delicious and filling salad made with tuna and Mexicana canned mix, perfect for a light meal. Preparation time is about 15 minutes. Serves 2-3 people.Ingredients:
- 3 cups cooked rice (leftover)
- 1 can Mexicana tuna
- 7 cherry tomatoes
- Lettuce
- 1 pickle
- 5 sun-dried tomatoes
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine the cooled rice and the tuna.
2. Tear the lettuce into small pieces and add it to the bowl.
3. Chop the pickle and cherry tomatoes, then add them to the mixture.
4. Add the sun-dried tomatoes as well.
5. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
6. Allow the salad to chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
7. Enjoy it on its own or with a salad dressing.
