A rich and decadent chocolate cake perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring well.
3. Add the sugar to the melted chocolate mixture and mix until smooth.
4. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. Sift the flour, cocoa powder, vanilla sugar, baking powder, and salt into the mixture. Stir until the batter is smooth.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar or serve with whipped cream.
