A flavorful and nutritious chili beef and bean stew perfect for family dinners or gatherings with friends. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 400 g Mexican mixed vegetables - 400 g kidney beans
- 800 g salsa mexicana
- 150 g lean ground beef
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for cooking
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. 2. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned and fully cooked.
3. Stir in the Mexican mixed vegetables and sauté for a few more minutes.
4. Rinse the kidney beans under cold water and add them to the skillet.
5. Pour the salsa mexicana into the skillet and mix all the ingredients well.
6. Let the stew simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Serve warm with rice or bread.
