Tuna and Bean Salad with Sriracha Dressing

A refreshing and protein-packed salad featuring crunchy red cabbage, hearty beans, and a spicy yogurt dressing. Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g red cabbage - Juice of 1 lime
- 1 can kidney beans, drained
- 1 can white beans, drained
- 1 can tuna in oil, drained
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
Dressing:
- 1 dl plain yogurt - 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp capers, chopped
- Juice of 0.5 lime
Instructions:
1. Thinly slice the red cabbage and squeeze the lime juice over it. Mix well.2. Drain the kidney beans, white beans, and tuna. Add them to the bowl with the red cabbage and mix thoroughly.
3. Stir in the chopped fresh cilantro and refrigerate the salad for a few minutes to let the flavors meld.
4. In a separate bowl, combine all the dressing ingredients and mix well until smooth.
5. Serve the salad on plates and drizzle the dressing over the top just before serving.
