Ingredients:
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce (or 1 tablespoon to taste)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Wash and chop the cauliflower into small florets.
3. In a bowl, mix the sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and oil.
4. Add the cauliflower florets to the sauce and toss well to coat evenly.
5. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.
