A versatile seasoning that adds a kick to many dishes. Easy to make, perfect for seasoning fries, popcorn, eggs, and meat.
Preparation Time: 2-3 hours (drying time)
Serving Size: Approximately 2 dl
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 dl coarse sea salt
- 5 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, measure out the coarse sea salt and mix in the Sriracha sauce until well combined.
3. Spread the mixture evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Turn off the oven and place the baking sheet inside.
5. Allow the salt to dry in the oven for 2 to 3 hours, stirring the salt a couple of times during the drying process.
6. Once the salt is dried, store it in a clean glass jar. If desired, you can grind the salt to a finer texture.
