Ingredients:
Cauliflower Wings: - 1 medium cauliflower
- 1 cup chickpea flour (or other flour)
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup Sriracha sauce
Vegan Sriracha Mayo:
- 1 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). 2. Cut the cauliflower into small florets.
3. In a bowl, mix chickpea flour, water, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
4. Add the cauliflower florets to the batter and mix until well coated.
5. Spread the cauliflower wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
7. Meanwhile, prepare the vegan Sriracha mayo by mixing vegan mayonnaise, Sriracha, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl.
8. Serve the cauliflower wings warm with the vegan Sriracha mayo on the side.
