A delicious and spicy pasta dish made with a Sriracha-infused black bean salsa. Prepare the salsa the night before for an even better flavor. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or penne)- 1 can black beans (approximately 400 g), rinsed and drained
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce (or to taste)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and set aside.2. In a large bowl, combine the black beans, bell pepper, red onion, and garlic.
3. Add the Sriracha sauce, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
4. Let the salsa marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
5. Once the pasta is ready, toss it with the spicy black bean salsa and serve immediately.
6. Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
