Ingredients:

- 300 g cooked chicken (or other meat/deli)
- 1 large bell pepper (e.g., red or yellow)
- 1 cucumber
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 small red onion
- 100 g mixed salad greens
- 100 g feta cheese (or other cheese)
- 100 ml olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley or basil)

Instructions:

1. Peel and chop the red onion. Cut the bell pepper, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes into small pieces.
2. Shred the cooked chicken (or other meat) into bite-sized pieces.
3. In a large bowl, mix all the vegetables, meat, and salad greens together.
4. Crumble the feta cheese and add it to the salad.
5. Prepare the dressing by mixing olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well.
6. Allow the salad to chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight before serving.
7. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
