Ingredients:

- 800 g flap steak
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional)

Instructions:

1. Take the flap steak out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature for about 30 minutes before grilling.
2. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, crushed garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
3. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the steak on both sides. Allow it to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
4. Preheat the grill to high heat.
5. Grill the flap steak for 4-6 minutes on each side or until the desired level of doneness is achieved.
6. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
7. Slice the steak thinly and serve immediately. Optionally, drizzle balsamic vinegar on top before serving.
