A delightful chicken in a tomato sauce served with delicious pappardelle pasta. Perfect for a weekday meal or special occasion!

Ingredients:
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 large red onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 450 g chicken breast strips
- (1/2 dl white wine)
- 400 g Mutti crushed tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Mutti tomato paste
- 1 chicken stock cube
- 1/2 pack Mustapekka cream cheese
- 1 dl heavy cream
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp oregano
- Pappardelle pasta
Instructions:
1. Take the chicken fillets out to room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking.
2. Bring water to boil for the pasta.
3. Chop the onion and garlic, and sauté them in olive oil in a pan. Add the chicken strips and cook until they are slightly browned.
4. Add the pasta to the boiling water and sprinkle in some salt.
5. Pour white wine into the chicken and bring to a boil. Stir in the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, and chicken stock. Heat and add the diced Mustapekka, heavy cream, honey, and herbs. Stir until the Mustapekka melts. Let simmer while the pasta cooks.
6. Taste and adjust seasoning with black pepper and/or sea salt if desired. Leave a bit of pasta cooking water in the pot and drain the pasta. Mix the chicken sauce with the pasta.
7. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
