A delicious tomato and salmon casserole that combines salmon, tomatoes, and potatoes into a flavorful baked dish perfect for any occasion. Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 700 g salmon
- 6 tomatoes
- 7 boiled potatoes
- 1 leek (white part)
- 1 onion
- 4 dl cooking cream (15%)
- 200 g pizza cheese
- Vegetable oil
- Lime pepper seasoning or lemon pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Slice the salmon, boiled potatoes, tomatoes, and onion.
2. Sauté the onion lightly in oil.
3. Drizzle a little oil on the bottom of a baking dish.
4. Layer the baking dish with salmon, potatoes, tomatoes, onion, and leek.
5. Season each layer with lime pepper seasoning and salt.
6. Pour the cream over the layers and sprinkle the pizza cheese on top.
7. Bake at 200°C (390°F) for about 30-35 minutes until the cheese is beautifully golden brown.
