A comforting and hearty chicken stew infused with thyme and served with crusty bread. Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
- Chicken pieces
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 can white beans
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- Salt to taste
- 1 bay leaf
- Fresh or dried thyme
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
2. Heat a pot and add a little oil. Sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
3. Add the chicken pieces to the pot and lightly brown them.
4. Stir in the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, white beans, salt, bay leaf, thyme, and black pepper. Mix well.
5. Allow the stew to simmer on low heat for about 30-40 minutes, until the flavors meld and the dish is hot.
6. Serve warm, ideally with fresh bread.
