Ingredients:
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 dl milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Butter for frying
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2. Add the milk and egg to the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.
3. Stir in the melted butter until well combined.
4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little butter for frying.
5. Pour the batter onto the pan in your desired pancake size. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then carefully flip.
6. Cook the other side until it is golden brown.
7. Serve warm with berries, maple syrup, or whipped cream.
