Ingredients:
- 400 g chicken breast
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 red chili, finely chopped
- 100 ml coconut milk
- 2 tbsp oil for frying
- 4 servings of rice
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cut the chicken breast into strips and marinate in soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, crushed garlic, grated ginger, and chopped chili for about 15 minutes.
2. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Pour in the coconut milk and stir well. Let it simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
4. Prepare the rice according to the package instructions and serve the Thai chicken dish alongside the rice.
5. Garnish with fresh coriander and enjoy with additional sides.
