Ingredients:
- 3 honey-marinated chicken minute steaks
- 1 teaspoon butter
- Orange sauce (see link for recipe)
- Cooked rice
- Your choice of vegetables
Instructions:
1. Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the chicken minute steaks to the skillet and cook on both sides until they are fully cooked and golden brown.
3. Once the steaks are cooked, pour the orange sauce into the skillet and let it heat through for a minute.
4. Serve the chicken steaks over cooked rice along with your choice of vegetables.
5. Drizzle additional orange sauce over the dish if desired, and enjoy!
