Ingredients:

- 1 tablespoon oil
- 500 g marinated beef strips
- Approximately 150 g leeks
- 3-4 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the marinated beef strips to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they are nicely browned.
3. Chop the leeks and garlic cloves. Add them to the skillet with the beef strips.
4. Add chili powder, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until the leeks soften.
5. Serve immediately, for example with rice or a salad.
