Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
3. Add the sugar to the melted chocolate and butter mixture and mix well.
4. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, stirring after each addition until fully combined.
5. Stir in the vanilla sugar and salt until the mixture is smooth.
6. Gently fold in the flour until just combined.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake in the center of the oven for about 25-30 minutes.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Optionally, you can dust the cake with powdered sugar or serve with whipped cream.
