A simple and delicious pasta dish packed with garlic. Perfect for garlic lovers! Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 400 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti) - 10 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve a little pasta water. 2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chili flakes, and sauté for about 2-3 minutes, until the garlic is golden but not burnt.
3. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss well. If needed, add a little reserved pasta water to keep the pasta from drying out.
4. Season with salt and black pepper. Add the chopped parsley and mix.
5. Serve immediately with Parmesan cheese on top.
