Ingredients:
- 300 g sugar - 250 g butter
- 4 eggs
- 300 g all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 dl milk
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- Colorful fondant (for decorations)
- Silver initials (for decorations)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan. 2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. Gradually add the flour, baking powder, milk, and vanilla sugar to the creamed mixture, mixing until smooth.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
6. Allow the cake to cool before decorating.
7. Roll out the fondant into a thin sheet and shape it into tennis shoes to place on top of the cake.
8. Add the silver initials as a final decorative touch.
