A delightful layered cake with a light sponge base and a delicious filling of strawberry mousse and chocolate mousse. This cake is the perfect choice for christenings and other celebrations.

Ingredients:

- 4 eggs
- 2 dl sugar
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl potato flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 dl milk
- 100 g butter
Strawberry Mousse:
- 2 dl cream
- 200 g strawberries
- 1/2 dl sugar
- 2 gelatin sheets
Chocolate Mousse:
- 2 dl cream
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 1/2 dl sugar
- 2 gelatin sheets

Instructions:

1. Make the Sponge Cake: Whisk the eggs and sugar together until fluffy. Gently fold in the all-purpose flour, potato flour, and baking powder. Add the melted butter and milk. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and bake at 175°C (350°F) for about 30-35 minutes. Let it cool.
2. Prepare Strawberry Mousse: Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water. Whip the cream and add the sugar. Puree the strawberries and mix them in. Heat a small portion of the strawberry puree and dissolve the gelatin sheets in it. Combine all ingredients and let set in the refrigerator.
3. Prepare Chocolate Mousse: Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler. Whip the cream and add the sugar. Heat a small portion of the cream and dissolve the gelatin sheets in it. Combine all ingredients and let set in the refrigerator.
4. Assemble the Cake: Slice the cooled sponge cake into three layers. Place the first layer on a serving plate, moisten if needed, and spread the strawberry mousse on top. Add the second layer and spread the chocolate mousse. Top with the third layer.
5. Decorate the Cake: Decorate as desired, for example, with stripes and the child's name.
