A classic Italian pasta dish made with garlic, olive oil, and chili flakes. Perfect for a quick meal!

Ingredients:
- Spaghetti (200g)
- Olive oil (4 tablespoons)
- Garlic (4 cloves, thinly sliced)
- Red chili flakes (1 teaspoon)
- Fresh parsley (a handful, chopped)
- Salt (to taste)
- Parmesan cheese (optional, for serving)
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
2. While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
3. Add the sliced garlic to the pan and sauté until golden brown, taking care not to burn it.
4. Stir in the red chili flakes and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
5. Once the pasta is cooked, reserve some pasta water, then drain the spaghetti and add it to the pan with the garlic and oil.
6. Toss the spaghetti in the oil mixture, adding a splash of reserved pasta water if needed to help coat the pasta.
7. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley. Season with salt to taste.
8. Serve immediately, topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
