A delicious tomato meatloaf that's easy to prepare, perfect for family or friends. Preparation time is about 45 minutes. Serves 4.
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1 package of tomato soup mix
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 tablespoon chili garlic paste in oil
- Black pepper (to taste)
- 400 g ground beef
- 1.5-2 dl shredded cheese
- 2 dl plain yogurt (or sour cream)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the tomato soup mix and yogurt together. Let it sit for about 10 minutes to thicken.
2. Chop the tomato into small pieces and add it to the mixture.
3. Stir in the ground beef, egg, and black pepper. Be cautious with salt as the soup mix is already salty.
4. Add the chili garlic paste in oil and shredded cheese. Mix everything well.
5. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and smooth the top.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 30-35 minutes or until the top is beautifully golden brown.
