Ingredients:
- 200 g spaghetti
- 4 garlic cloves, sliced
- 60 ml olive oil
- 1-2 fresh chili peppers, sliced (or 1 tsp dried chili)
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions:
1. Cook spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions until al dente.
2. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add sliced garlic and chili. Sauté carefully to avoid burning the garlic.
3. Once the garlic is golden brown, add the cooked spaghetti to the pan. Toss well to coat the pasta in the oil.
4. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Add chopped parsley and mix again.
5. Serve hot with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
