Ingredients:
- 150 g mixed salad greens - 200 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 100 g feta cheese, crumbled
- 50 g black olives, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Rinse the salad greens and place them in a large bowl. 2. Add the halved cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and red onion to the salad greens.
3. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese and sliced olives over the salad.
4. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
5. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
