Ingredients:
- 200 g fresh fish (e.g., salmon or tuna)
- 100 ml lime juice
- 1 red onion
- 1 chili (e.g., jalapeño)
- 1 avocado
- 50 ml fresh cilantro leaves
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 50 ml olive oil
- For serving: tortilla chips or tortillas
Instructions:
1. Cut the fresh fish into small cubes and place them in a bowl.
2. Pour the lime juice over the fish and mix well. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes.
3. Finely chop the red onion and chili. Add them to the fish mixture.
4. Dice the avocado and gently fold it into the mixture to avoid mashing it.
5. Chop the cilantro leaves and add them to the bowl.
6. Season with salt and black pepper. Add the olive oil and mix gently.
7. Serve the Casa Ceviche with tortilla chips or tortillas.
