Ingredients:

- 400 g fresh salmon fillet
- 100 ml lime juice
- 100 ml orange juice
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 jalapeño, chopped
- 1 avocado, diced
- 50 g cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- For serving: tortilla chips or salad

Instructions:

1. Cut the salmon fillet into small cubes and place them in a bowl.
2. Pour the lime and orange juice over the salmon. Mix well.
3. Add the red onion, jalapeño, avocado, and cilantro.
4. Season with salt and pepper. Gently mix to avoid mashing the avocado.
