Ingredients:
- 400 g fresh white fish (e.g., cod or pollock)
- 100 ml lime juice
- 100 ml lemon juice
- 1 red onion
- 1 chili (e.g., jalapeño)
- 50 ml fresh cilantro
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Avocado Mayonnaise:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Cut the fresh fish into small cubes and place them in a bowl.
2. Pour the lime juice and lemon juice over the fish. Mix well.
3. Finely chop the red onion and chili, then add them to the fish.
4. Add the chopped cilantro and season with salt and black pepper. Mix and let marinate in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes.
5. To make the avocado mayonnaise: Blend the avocado, lime juice, mayonnaise, and salt until smooth.
6. Serve the ceviche with the avocado mayonnaise on the side.
