Ingredients:
- 400 g fresh fish (e.g., salmon or tuna)
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 1 red onion (finely chopped)
- 1 chili (finely chopped, optional)
- 100 g pomegranate seeds
- 1 avocado (diced)
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cut the fresh fish into small cubes and place them in a bowl.
2. Squeeze the lime and lemon juice over the fish and mix well.
3. Add the chopped red onion and chili (if using) to the fish.
4. Allow the mixture to marinate in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes until the fish is "cooked" in the juices.
5. After marinating, gently fold in the pomegranate seeds and diced avocado.
6. Season with salt to taste and serve with cilantro leaves for garnish.
