- Toasted bread for serving
Instructions:
1. Rinse and dice the fresh fish into small pieces.
2. Peel and finely chop the red onion.
3. Finely chop the capers and dill.
4. In a bowl, combine the fish, red onion, capers, and dill.
5. Add the lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
