Serving Size: 12 pies
Ingredients:
- 250 g fresh spinach
- 150 g feta cheese
- 1 dl sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 package ready-made pie crust (approx. 400 g)
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and add chopped onion. Sauté the onion until it becomes soft.
2. Add fresh spinach to the pan and cook until it has wilted. Remove the pan from heat and let it cool slightly.
3. In a bowl, mix feta cheese, sour cream, eggs, salt, and black pepper. Add the cooled spinach and onion mixture, and mix well.
4. Roll out the pie crust into a thin sheet and cut out circles about 10 cm in diameter.
5. Place the dough circles in a muffin tin and fill them with the spinach-feta mixture.
6. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 20-25 minutes, or until the pies are golden brown.
7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
