A delicious four-course dinner that combines flavors and senses, designed by chef Tomi Rosenberg from the restaurant Ludu in Turku. Preparation Time: 2 hours

Ingredients:
- Appetizer:- 200 g smoked salmon
- 100 g cream cheese
- 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- Salt and pepper
- Main Course:
- 600 g beef tenderloin
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
- Salt and pepper
- 500 g potatoes
- 200 g green beans
- Dessert:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 100 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
Instructions:
1. Appetizer: - Slice the smoked salmon and arrange it on a plate.
- Mix cream cheese, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper together. Spread this mixture over the salmon.
2. Main Course:
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the beef tenderloin on both sides.
- Add garlic and rosemary to the pan, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook to your desired doneness.
- Boil the potatoes in salted water and steam the green beans. Serve alongside the main course.
3. Dessert:
- Melt dark chocolate and butter in a water bath.
- Whisk eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Fold in the chocolate mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
