Ingredients:

- 400 g fresh salmon
- 1 medium onion
- 2 potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 100 ml osman snakes (or other aromatic herbs)
- 1 liter fish stock
- 100 ml maple syrup
- 100 ml cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs for garnish (e.g., dill)

Instructions:

1. Peel and chop the onion, potatoes, and carrots.
2. In a pot, heat a splash of oil and sauté the onion until soft.
3. Add the potatoes and carrots to the pot and sauté for a moment.
4. Pour the fish stock into the pot and bring to a boil.
5. Add the osman snakes and cook for about 10 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
6. Cut the salmon into strips and add to the soup. Allow to simmer for another 5-7 minutes.
7. Stir in the cream and maple syrup. Season with salt and pepper.
8. Serve the soup garnished with fresh herbs.
