Ingredients:
- Appetizer: - 200 g mozzarella cheese
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 dl fresh basil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Main Course:
- 400 g chicken fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Side Dish:
- 300 g potatoes
- 2 tbsp butter
- Fresh parsley
- Dessert:
- 200 g mascarpone cheese
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 dl heavy cream
- 100 g fresh berries
Instructions:
1. Prepare the appetizer: Slice the mozzarella and halve the cherry tomatoes. Arrange the mozzarella and tomatoes on a serving plate, add basil, balsamic vinegar, and season with salt and pepper. 2. Prepare the main course: Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add minced garlic and sauté briefly. Add chicken fillets, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook the chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes on each side.
3. Prepare the side dish: Peel and boil the potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and mash the potatoes with butter and chopped parsley.
4. Prepare the dessert: Whip mascarpone cheese and sugar in a bowl. Add heavy cream and mix until smooth. Serve with fresh berries.
5. Arrange the dishes beautifully on plates and enjoy!
