A vibrant tomato-mozzarella salad that's a perfect side dish for summer days or a light meal. Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
- 4 ripe tomatoes- 250 g fresh mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Rinse the tomatoes and slice them.2. Slice the mozzarella cheese as well.
3. Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices alternately on a plate.
4. Sprinkle fresh basil leaves over the slices.
5. In a bowl, mix the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Drizzle the mixture over the salad.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
