A light and fluffy Finnish sugar cake perfect for any occasion.

Baking Time: 30-40 minutes
Serving Size: 10-12 servings
Ingredients:
- 150 g melted butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 2-3 tsp vanilla sugar
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, mix the melted butter and sugar until well combined.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing until smooth.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the baking powder, vanilla sugar, and flour.
5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the batter, stirring until the mixture is uniform.
6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and cooked through.
8. Allow to cool before serving.
