A light and fluffy sugar cake, perfect for any occasion. Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Serving Size: 8-10 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Zest of one lemon
- 3 dl all-purpose flour
- 1.5 dl crème fraîche
- 2 dl sugar
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.
2. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and baking powder.
3. Gradually add the flour mixture to the egg mixture, stirring well to combine.
4. Mix in the crème fraîche and lemon zest until the batter is smooth.
5. Grease a 1.5-liter cake pan.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in the lower part of the oven for about 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
