A simple and delicious summer treat that pairs perfectly with fresh strawberries and whipped cream.

Serving Size: 8-10 servings

Ingredients:

- 4 eggs
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 50 g butter
- 250 g fresh strawberries
- 2 dl whipped cream
- Sugar (to taste)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Beat the eggs and sugar together until fluffy.
3. Gently fold in the flour and baking powder into the egg-sugar mixture.
4. Melt the butter and add it to the batter. Mix until smooth.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 25-30 minutes, until the cake is golden brown and cooked through.
6. Allow the cake to cool before removing it from the pan.
7. Cut the cake into desired sizes.
8. Whip the cream and sweeten with sugar to taste.
9. Serve a slice of cake topped with strawberries and whipped cream.
