Ingredients:

- 200 g licorice pieces
- 2 dl lemon ice cream
- 2 dl vanilla ice cream
- 1 dl heavy cream
- 50 g sugar
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Zest of 1 lemon
- For decoration: licorice powder and lemon slices

Instructions:

1. Crumble the licorice pieces into small bits.
2. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream and sugar until fluffy.
3. Add the lemon juice and lemon zest to the whipped cream and mix well.
4. Gently fold in the lemon and vanilla ice cream until smooth.
5. Add the crumbled licorice pieces and mix carefully.
6. Pour the mixture into a cake mold and smooth the top.
7. Cover the mold with plastic wrap and place it in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until the cake is fully frozen.
8. Take the cake out of the freezer about 10 minutes before serving to let it soften slightly.
9. Decorate the cake with licorice powder and lemon slices before serving.
