A delightful and delicious ice cream cake, perfect for celebrations and birthday parties. Preparation time is quick and the cake can be made in advance.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes + freezing
Servings: 10-12

Ingredients:

- 1 package chocolate cookies
- 150 g butter
- 1 liter of your favorite ice cream (e.g., vanilla or chocolate)
- 200 g whipped cream
- 100 g chocolate (chopped)
- 1 dl berries (e.g., strawberries or raspberries)
- Decorations (e.g., sprinkles or chocolate sauce)

Instructions:

1. Crush the chocolate cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
2. Press the cookie mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
3. Let the ice cream soften slightly and spread it over the cookie base.
4. Whip the cream and fold in the chopped chocolate and berries.
5. Spread the whipped cream mixture over the ice cream layer.
6. Cover the cake with plastic wrap and place it in the freezer for at least 4 hours or overnight.
7. Take the cake out of the freezer about 15 minutes before serving, decorate if desired, and enjoy!
