Ingredients:
- 1 ciabatta bread- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 150 g mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Slice the ciabatta bread and lightly toast the slices in the oven or on a skillet until golden brown.2. Dice the tomatoes and mozzarella. Combine them in a bowl.
3. Add basil, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper to the mixture. Stir well.
4. Spoon the tomato-mozzarella mixture onto the toasted bread slices.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
