Ingredients:
- 4-5 slices of rustic bread
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 teaspoons of pesto
- Grated cheese
- Olive oil
- Pepper
- Salt
Instructions:
1. Chop the onion, tomatoes, and garlic.
2. Mix the chopped ingredients with the pesto.
3. Brush the rustic bread slices with olive oil.
4. Divide the tomato-onion mixture among the bread slices and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
