A delicious and easy creamy pasta with spinach sauce, perfect for busy evenings.

Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or penne)
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve a little cooking water.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and sauté until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
4. Pour the heavy cream into the spinach and mix well. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until the cheese melts into the sauce.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. If the sauce is too thick, add a little reserved cooking water.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well to coat the pasta.
7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh basil if desired.
