A delicious appetizer combining crispy ciabatta, juicy tomatoes, melted mozzarella, and fresh herbs. Perfect for gatherings or as a starter! Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
- 1 ciabatta bread - 250 g fresh mozzarella cheese
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 1 small red onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- Fresh basil
- Quality olive oil
- Black pepper, to taste
- Salt, to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). 2. Slice the ciabatta into pieces and place them on a baking sheet.
3. Toast the ciabatta slices in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until crispy.
4. Meanwhile, peel and slice the red onion and garlic cloves. Chop the tomatoes.
5. Remove the toasted slices from the oven and layer them with chopped tomatoes, onion, and garlic.
6. Slice the mozzarella and place it on top of the tomatoes.
7. Drizzle olive oil over the top and season with black pepper and salt.
8. Return the bruschetta to the oven and toast for another 5-10 minutes until the mozzarella is melted and golden.
9. Take out of the oven and garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
