A refreshing and invigorating drink perfect for cold winter days, bringing the freshness of mint and warming your spirits! Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 4 dl water- 2 dl sugar
- 1 dl fresh mint leaves
- 1 dl lemon juice
- 1 dl soda water
- Ice
- Mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions:
1. Boil the water and sugar in a saucepan until the sugar completely dissolves. Allow to cool.2. Add the fresh mint leaves to the cooled sugar water and let steep for about 5 minutes.
3. Strain out the mint leaves and stir in the lemon juice.
4. Add the soda water and ice to the mixture.
5. Pour the drink into glasses and garnish with mint sprigs before serving.
