Ingredients:
- 2 T-bone steaks- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Take the T-bone steaks out of the fridge and let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.2. Peel and dice the potatoes into cubes. Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 10 minutes or until nearly tender. Drain the water.
3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the potato cubes and fry for 10-15 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy. Add butter and crushed garlic to the skillet and stir.
4. Heat another skillet over high heat. Add the seasoned T-bone steaks and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.
5. Let the steaks rest for a few minutes before serving.
6. Serve the T-bone steaks with the fried potatoes and garnish with fresh parsley.
