This delicious rice porridge is perfect for the holiday season. Rice cooked in cream and milk creates a rich and flavorful texture. Serve with cinnamon, sugar, a dollop of butter, and almonds.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup (2 dl) pudding rice
- 4 cups (8 dl) boiling milk
- 1.5 cups (4 dl) heavy cream
- About 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
1. Heat the boiling milk in a pot until it reaches a boil.
2. Add the salt and pudding rice. Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes to keep the rice separate.
3. Reduce the heat significantly and simmer covered for about 30 minutes, stirring a few times during cooking.
4. Add the cream to the mixture and stir. Continue to simmer for another hour until the porridge is perfect.
5. Serve the rice porridge with a dollop of butter, cinnamon, sugar, and optional almonds. You can also add more milk if desired.
