- Butter (about 30 g)
- Fresh herbs (e.g., rosemary or thyme)

Instructions:

1. Take the steaks out of the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking to ensure even cooking.
2. Season the steaks generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.
3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
4. Once the oil is hot, place the steaks in the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, depending on your desired level of doneness.
5. During the last minute of cooking, add the butter and herbs to the skillet. Spoon the melted butter over the steaks.
