A hearty and meaty salad packed with color, flavor, and richness. Easy to prepare with grilled meat like flank steak. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 head of iceberg lettuce - 6 radishes
- 2 cups salted peanuts
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons honey
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- About 300 g flank steak
Instructions:
1. First, prepare the dressing by mixing honey and red wine vinegar together. Season with salt and black pepper. 2. Chop the iceberg lettuce into small pieces by slicing it crosswise.
3. Clean and chop the bell pepper, and slice the radishes very thinly.
4. Combine the greens and add the honey-vinegar mixture. Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity as needed.
5. Chop the salted peanuts and fold them into the salad. Mix everything together.
6. Slice the flank steak against the grain and chop into smaller pieces.
7. Finally, top the salad with the chopped flank steak and garnish with additional peanuts.
