A simple and flavorful Italian pasta dish made with garlic, olive oil, and chili flakes. Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 60ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the sliced garlic to the skillet and sauté until golden brown, being careful not to burn it.
4. Stir in the red chili flakes and cook for another minute.
5. Once the pasta is cooked, reserve a cup of pasta water, then drain the spaghetti.
6. Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet with the garlic oil. Toss to coat the pasta.
7. If the pasta seems dry, add some reserved pasta water to achieve your desired consistency.
8. Season with salt to taste and toss in the fresh parsley.
9. Serve warm, topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
